Sam was amazing to work with, he was extremely knowledgeable and was a fierce advocate for me, both when buying my new house and selling my old one. When the seller of my new house switched out a smart thermostat for an older one, he rightly predicted they would attempt this and had a photo ready to show the seller and was able to get me a brand new smart thermostat, this is just one example of Sam's attention to detail which made him so invaluable to my home buying and selling experience.
